Our beloved Coat of Arms has not quite returned to Forever21.com but however, there is currently a coat with the same design, same cut, and even the same color currently being sold, and is NOT sold out. Introducing the Cutaway Flared Jacket. Just like the name isn’t quite as exciting as the “Coat of Arms”, the coat itself lacks the it factor that we saw in it’s sister coat. That moment of gotta have it, upon first sight. And to make things worse, it costs $10 more #wompwomp

Here is the current version being sold.

The coat is described as a flared jacket featuring a cutaway hemline. Five crest button closure with a hidden button. Classic collar. Long sleeves with three decorative crest buttons. Lightly padded shoulders. Curve stitched front and back. Seam stitch details. Woven. Lined. Heavyweight.

And THIS is the coat we initially fell in love with.

You see the difference immediately. You see this coat, you immediately know you just have to have it. It’s sharp, sleek, stylish, and it looks expensive. Whereas the current version being sold looks sloppy and a little shabby low budget chic. Upon close examination, it does appear to button in exactly the same way, but it’s just too bulky to give the same clean, razor sharp-edgy effect of the Coat of Arms. My suggestion is that if you’re interested, go to the store and try it on. Button it up, check it out from all angles, and then decide if this is a purchase you should make.

Everyone that knows me knows that I have a obsessive compulsive yet distinct obsession with outerwear. I love blazers, coats, jackets….not capes, ummm and not ponchos which to me are just an uglier version of a cape, moto, tuxedo, exaggerated collars, ugh, I just love well made outerwear. As previously stated, not all. There has to be a unique quality. A distinction among the vast field of endless choices. The garment has to stand out in the modern era, and speak fashion and style with it’s presence, standing out with unique details.

I found such a garment yesterday, but to my dismay, it was sold out. It is a travesty that I can’t get this wonderfully crafted masterpiece in my closet. But alas, until I find my precious, I have these pictures to remind me of the beauty that so eludes me.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have ended their relationship, PEOPLE confirms. ”She broke up with him about a week ago,” a source tells PEOPLE. “With them being apart so much it got complicated. She had some trust issues. It’s not easy, but the relationship needed to end.”

The actress, 20, and Bieber, 18, officiallystepped out as a couple in February 2011 after months of dating quietly. The couple fought off breakup rumors in August 2011 and again this past July, but were spotted enjoying a haunted house together in October.

”I don’t ever want her to feel like I’m ashamed of her,” the pop star tells Oprah Winfrey of his now-ex girlfriend in an interview set to air Nov. 25.

‘Jersey Shore’ House Survives Hurricane Sandy

Looks like the Jersey Shore house made it through the storm! Danny Merk, the guy who played a secondary part on the show and owns the JS house, other properties in Seaside, and the now-famous Shore Store, where the cast worked while in Seaside, wasn’t so lucky with the rest of his businesses.

He told ABC News, “My store’s gates are crashed in. There’s no boardwalk. I don’t even understand how bad it is yet.” Merk is currently in Florida but says he’ll be back in NJ trying to put the pieces back together again.

Looks like Taylor Swift will have some fresh material for her next album! The pop star, 22, and beau Conor Kennedy, 18, are over. The pair enjoyed a whirlwind summer romance frolicking through Hyannis Port, Mass., showing several public displays of affection, split a while ago. “His friends have said its over,” says a source at his school, the Deerfield Academy, adding, “I have the feeling she ended it.” I wonder if they’re ever getting back together…like ever.

As Shepard Smith narrated a high-speed chase resulting from an earlier carjacking, he seemed to have a feeling that some how this would all end very badly and he was right. The carjacker pulled of the road, exited the vehicle and stumbled around disoriented falling as he ran. He then runs to the middle of the field and stops. puts a gun to his head, and takes his own life. Shepard Smith can be heard yelling “get off it!” as he tried to have the feed cut so it wouldn’t broadcast on live television but the damage was already done. See video below at your own risk.

Shepard later apologized saying:

“Well, uh, some explaining to do. While we were taking that car chase and showing it to you live, when the guy pulled over and got out of the vehicle, we went on delay. So, that’s why I didn’t talk for about 10 seconds. We created a five second delay as if you were to bleep back your DVR five seconds, that’s what we did with the picture we were showing you, so that we could see in the studio five seconds before you did, so if anything went horribly wrong, we would be able to cut away from it without subjecting you to it.

And we really messed up. And we’re all very sorry. That didn’t belong on TV. We took every precaution we knew how to take to keep that from being on TV. And I personally apologize to you that that happened.

Sometimes we see a lot of things that we don’t let get to you, because it’s not time appropriate, it’s insensitive, it’s just wrong. And that was wrong. And that won’t happen again on my watch. And I’m sorry.

We’ll update you on what happened with that guy and how that went down tonight on The Fox Report. I’m sorry.

Shakira Pregnant With First Child

The 35-year-old pop superstar posted on her website Wednesday that she and 25-year-old boyfriend Gerard Pique “are very happy awaiting the arrival of our first baby.” Pique, who is from Barcelona, is a soccer player for FC Barcelona.
